Ingredients
Seedless Dates 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 1/4 cup chopped Cashew Nuts 1/4 cup chopped Almonds 1/4 cup chopped Pistachios 1/4 cup chopped Pistachios powder: for garnishing Ghee- 1 tbsp Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions
Method: Chop all the dry fruits into small pieces.
Take a large pan and heat the ghee on medium heat.
Add the Dates first and stir it for 1-2 minutes. Add cardamom powder
Now add Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Walnuts and Pistachios and mix well on low heat for a minute or two till you get a sweet aroma.
Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture into a platter and let it cool down.
Once it’s cool enough to handle, apply ghee on your hands and make the mixture into a cylindrical shape. You can divide it in two cylindrical shapes. Press it firmly and cover it with aluminum foil and put it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
In a plate spread some pistachio powder. Now remove the foil and roll it in the pistachio powder.
Cut it into small round pieces and serve.
